Options (Tools Menu)


 

The IDE option of the Tools menu provides access to the IDE options.

 

The IDE options specify presentation and behavior options that are common to all projects. IDE options provide default values when Project options are not defined. This allows a common look or behavior for all projects without having to define the value in each project.

Project/Profile

Project and profile definitions.

Compiler

Name and location of the compiler and the compiler ini file.

Compiler Options

Settings to control the compilers behavior.

Debug

Selection of the perferred debugger.

Equates

Definitions of compiler equated values.

Listing

Settings for the compiler listing output.

Pre-Build Commands

Definitions of commands executed before a program is built.

Post-Build Commands

Definitions of commands executed after a program is built.

Recovery

Definitions of the ide's backup options.

Runtime

Runtime options used during execution of programs.
