Active Form (Window menu)

Use a design window to create the windows and dialog boxes in your application. You can also design printer output. You draw and view controls in a design window.

To open a new design window, choose New Form or New PrintPage from the File menu or use the toolbar shortcut:

While you are designing a form:

• The design window has a Control-menu box, Minimize and Maximize buttons, and a title bar.

• You may move and size a Form window.

• The form you design or printpage will have the same features at run time unless you specify otherwise in the form's properties.

• Use the tools in the Toolbox to draw, size, and position controls.
