SOURCEDOC Property

The SOURCEDOC property specifies the file name of the OLE insertable object. The property uses the following format:

SOURCEDOC[={value}]

Note the following:

  1. SOURCEDOC may be used in CREATE, SETPROP, or GETPROP statements of a CONTAINER object.

  2. {value} is a string variable or literal defining the file name.

  3. If previously defined, the current OLE insertable object in the CONTAINER is replaced by an OLE insertable object created from the data in the file.
