This list control blinks the characters displayed on those terminals supporting this feature. It remains in effect until an *BLINKOFF control is executed.

 

Blinking is not supported if the runtime is using the default eight bit character attribute size. Switching the attribute size to sixteen bits by way of either the SETMODE *SAVECHARSIZE control or the PLB_SAVECHARSIZE runtime keyword permits blinking.
