*HANSTDOUT (GETMODE)

*HANSTDOUT={value}

The *HANSTDOUT keyword returns the current OS STDOUT file handle. If the return value is 0xFFFFFFFF or 4294967295, STDOUT is not currently available to the program being executed.

{value} is a previously defined Numeric Variable that receives the file handle.
