Toggle Breakpoint (Debug Menu)

The Toggle Breakpoint selection of the Debug menu adds a breakpoint to the cursor line if on is not present or removes a breakpoint if it exists.

To quickly perform a Toggle Breakpoint action, press the Ctrl+B keys.
