Save File As (File Menu)

The Save File As selection of the File menu displays the Save File As dialog box where you specify the new name or location for the active source file.

To quickly save a source file with its existing name and location, press the Ctrl+S key sequence or click the Save button on the toolbar.

To save a file with a new name or in a different location, type a new file name and select a folder. To save a file with an existing file name, select the name in the list or type the current name. When you choose the OK button, the IDE asks if you want to overwrite the existing source file if it exists.

The IDE may save files with any extension.
