*VA={v}

This list control adjusts the cursor location by the number of vertical positions (rows) specified by {v}. {v} must be separated from *VA by an equal sign. {v} must be a valid decimal constant, an Expression, or FORM variable (positive or negative) within the range of the current subwindow.
