HOSTNAME Property

The HOSTNAME property specifies the object name used by a CONTAINER object. The property uses the following format:

 

HOSTNAME={value}

Note the following:

  1. HOSTNAME may be used in CREATE, SETPROP, or GETPROP statements of a CONTAINER object.

  2. {value} is a character variable or literal that specifies the name of the OLE insertable object called by the OLE server for editing within the CONTAINER.
