*DEFAULTSCHEMA (GETMODE)

*DEFAULTSCHEMA={name}

Where:

name

Required. A previously defined Character String Variable that receives the default schema database name.

The *DEFAULTSCHEMA control reports the default schema database name used by the runtime.

If the {name} variable is not large enough to contain the default name, the EOS flag is set.
