Save (File menu)

Saves the active form or printpage with the name and location previously set in the Save As dialog box. When you save a form or printpage for the first time, the Designer displays the Save As dialog box. If you want to change the name or location of an existing form or printpage, choose the Save As command.

To quickly save a form or printpage with its existing name and location, use the control S key sequence or click the Save button on the toolbar.
