Email Log (Tools Menu)

The Email Log function will send the current DBExplorer log entries shown in the message window to Sunbelt Support for analysis. Upon selecting this function, the following dialog is displayed:

After provide your name, company, email address, and a message, clicking the send button will transmit the message wiith the DBExplorer log entries as an attachment. Select the checkbox if you wish to send the email using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).
