TRANSACTIONAL_IO Keyword

The TRANSACTIONAL_IO keyword allows all data written on the secondary or backup server to be grouped as determined by FILEPI usage.

     TRANSACTIONAL_IO={ON|OFF}

Note the following:

1. By default, this feature is turned ON.

2. This keyword must be placed in the [replication] section of the SUNDM data manager.

3. The TRANSACTION_IO capability was implemented to minimize the possibility of allowing partial data to be written at the secondary or backup server when a primary to secondary connection is lost and the primary has gone down. Also, this capability maintains the file integrity at the secondary or backup system when it is allowing users to logon.
