PLBWEB_BLACKLIST_REPORT={ [path] + filename ]

This keyword file specifies the filename used to output the current non-SSL blacklist IP addresses along with the usage\activity count for the IP.

If this keyword is not used, the PWS server defaults to use the file named 'plbwebsrv_blacklist_report.txt'.
