PLBFTP_SSL_PROTOCOL={ 0 | 1 | 2 | 3 }
This keyword is optional and defines the SSL minimum protocol version used by the web FTP server. The keyword values are defined as follows:

Note the following:
1. If the PLBFTP_SSL_SELFSIGNED=ON keyword is also defined, this keyword is ignored and the minimum SSL protocol version SSLv3 is used.
