PLB_TERMOPTIMIZE Keyword

PLB_TERMOPTIMIZE={ ON | OFF }

 

This keyword enables screen output optimization.

 

If the PLB_TERMOPTIMIZE keyword is not present in the configuration file or ON is specified, output screen optimization techniques are employed by the runtime. A value of OFF disables these techniques.

 

Screen optimization may also be controlled in programs via the GETMODE and SETMODE instructions.
