PLB_SYSTEM Keyword

PLB_SYSTEM={path}

This keyword specifies the location of the Sunbelt utility batch files and the software authorization file DBSERIAL. This entry must contain a single path specification and any alteration of this variable may result in runtime errors. All paths for user generated object code should be added to the PLB_PATH entry.

This entry is ignored when the runtime is executed from a CD-ROM drive. The runtime will always use the directory containing PLBWIN.EXE.

If the PLB_SYSTEM keyword is not present, the runtime will use the directory in which the PL/B runtime was found.

The default actions of the PLB_SYSTEM, PLB_PATH, PLB_TERM, and the screen definition file have been implemented such that PLBWIN and PLBCON can be executed in a default mode without requiring any specification of UET or INI keywords.
