PLB_HDX={value}

If this UET variable is set, any character that is entered in a KEYIN instruction is not echoed back to the terminal. This UET variable should not be used unless absolutely necessary, since subwindows may not work correctly.

The actual value is ignored, but a value must be given for the variable to be set.

Example:

PLB_HDX=YES;export PLB_HDX
