PLBCS_SERVICE_DELAY Keyword
PLBCS_SERVICE_DELAY{x}={minutes}
This optional keyword defines the time to wait before taking a failure action when running as a NT service. The value of {x} may be one of the following values:

The {minutes} is the delay time and may be a value from zero (0) to sixty (60) inclusive.
