*USEDBCTYPE={value}

 

This list control changes the operation of the TYPE instruction. When this value is zero, the TYPE statement will specify variable type values as implemented by SUNBELT. When this keyword value is non-zero, the TYPE statement will specify variable type values as implemented in SWDBC.

 

The default setting for this keyword is zero (Sunbelt mode).

 

In addition, a runtime keyword named PLB_USEDBCTYPE controls the TYPE statement.
