Literals and Control Characters (KEYIN)
Literals are displayed according to the following rules:
All string literals are displayed on the screen exactly as provided.
The first character in the literal is displayed at the current cursor position.
The cursor is bumped one position to the right for every character displayed. Upon completion, it remains one position to the right of the last character displayed.
Binary, Decimal, Octal and Hex characters are sent to the terminal as specified.
