*JR

This list control right justifies the data in a character string variable after entry (numeric variables are automatically right justified). This list control only affects the next variable in the list.

If the entry is null, the variable is filled with blanks.

If the *ZF control is in effect, the variable is zero-filled and the Form Pointed (FP) and Length Pointer (LP) are set to zero (0). If the entry is not null, the data is right justified. The Form Pointer will point to the first physical character and the Length Pointer is equal to the Physical Length (PL).
