*DVEDIT (KEYIN)

*DVEDIT={variable}

This list control displays the contents of a Character String Variable within a KEYIN and positions the cursor to the form pointed character of the field. It then turns on *EDIT mode and allows placement of keyed data into the given variable. The effect is the same as: *DV,VAR,*PH:V,*EDIT,VAR. This control only affects the next variable in the list.
