This list control inserts an amount of blanks equal to the current window width beginning at the current cursor position. All characters from the current cursor position through the end of the window retain their respective horizontal locations but are moved down one vertical line (row). The bottom line of the window is lost after this control. If the current cursor is outside the window, this control is ignored.
