In default mode, alpha data entered from the keyboard has its case inverted by PL/B programs. Contrary to its Invert Text description, this list control disables that case inversion and allows entry of the data in the keyboard's current state. The control remains in effect until an *IN (Invert Normal) control is executed or until the program terminates.

 

This list control has no real effect on DISPLAY instructions but sets up the shift inversion condition for the next KEYIN instruction.
