*BORDER[={char}]

This list control builds a border within the current subwindow using the most exterior locations in the window. The border occupies the first interior position within the window coordinates.

If {char} is not specified or is a Null String, a default double line border is used. Otherwise, up to eight characters may be specified to designate the border characters to use for the Top Left Corner, Top Row, Top Right Corner, Right Vertical Column, Bottom Right Corner, Bottom Row, Bottom Left Corner, and Left Vertical Column.
