This list control is required and sets the video to the specified mode. The following modes are supported in the software, assuming that the hardware also supports the specified mode. Attempting to set the mode to an unsupported mode results in an error code being returned. In order to support the Super VGA modes, you must have enough memory installed on the VGA card. The memory requirements for the various modes are given in the table below. The best modes for a given video type are given in the table below.
