*USEDBCTYPE={value}

This list control reports the state of the *USEDBCTYPE control. When this value is zero, the TYPE statement reports variable type values as implemented by SUNBELT. When this keyword value is non-zero, the TYPE statement reports variable type values as implemented in SWDBC.

The default setting for this keyword is zero (Sunbelt mode).

In addition, a runtime keyword named PLB_USEDBCTYPE controls the TYPE statement.
