*PLBIOCHECKTIME (GETMODE)

*PLBIOCHECKTIME={value}

The *PLBIOCHECKTIME control reports the current default setting of the check time in seconds that is being used for the read cancel character support by a runtime. {value} is a numeric variable returns a value from zero (0) to thirty (30). This value is the elapsed seconds between checks for the read cancel character.

This keyword replaces the *PLBAAMCHECKTIME keyword that is now obsolete.
