Lock Controls (Format menu)

 

Prevents objects from being repositioned by using the mouse. This function is very useful to prevent accidental object positioning as properties or code is being added. Objects can still me moved by using the cursor keys or by setting properties.

 

To quickly lock or unlock controls on a form, click the Lock Controls button on the toolbar.
